Aswath Narayan BMS Trust Illegality: The government is acting as if it knows everything but knows nothing

Higher Education Minister Dr. C.N., who is said to have cooperated in the irregularities in BMS Education Trust HD Kumaraswamy, Vidhan Parishad and Assembly members insisted that Aswath Narayan resign.

Speaking at the JDS legislative party office in Vidhana Soudha after the assembly session was adjourned indefinitely, Prime Minister Modi was the first to raise the percentage issue in Karnataka. Even in the speech he made on August 15th at the Red Fort, he kept on saying 'commission free India' and 'corruption free India' everywhere. So, does the Prime Minister not know what is happening in Karnataka where his own BJP government is in power? He asked bitterly.

This is a massive scam that has defrauded public trust assets of thousands of crores of rupees. A lot of irregularities have already happened. The state BJP government does not have the guts to investigate. They are afraid that if corruption comes out, it will come to the hands of this government. Because, the invisible hand is hidden behind a whole crime. Sutram complained that it was for this reason that the government was not agreeing to the investigation.

The government also knows that there has been an illegality, the documents are there as blindfolds. However, those invisible hands are preventing the investigation of the illegality and are trying behind the scenes to tie the hands of the investigation. The people of the state should know who did this. What is not done is to investigate why Pisces Aries? Why fear? He asked.

Higher Education Minister Dr. C. N. Ashwathtanarayan has given all kinds of help to a private family to help him. I have disclosed this in the House along with the documents. However, the minister is replying vaguely and claiming that nothing has happened. He expressed outrage that even though the government knows everything, it is acting as if it knows nothing.

The government led by me had refused to agree to the amendments brought illegally in the trust to dissolve the BMS trust. However, the BJP government that came later approved these illegal amendments at high speed, he said.

How did BMS Trust become private? Who is responsible for that? He explained which government had signed it. Along with the resignation of the Higher Education Minister, there should be a high-level investigation into the BMS Trust irregularities. In a tweet, Kumaraswamy demanded that the state government should confiscate the trust raised by the government and all the assets of that trust.
